AGNIPATH Scheme

Agniveers will be the name given to the young people selected for the Agneepath initiative. After four years, agniveers will be given competitive pay, an exit retirement package and the chance to apply for permanent enlistment in the armed forces.

The candidates have to qualify in 3 stages to get shortlisted for Agniveer in Indian Army- Written Test, Physical Fitness Test, and Medical Test. The subjects asked in the written exam of Indian Army Recruitment include General Knowledge & Reasoning, Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. To enhance preparations, candidates must be familiar with the detailed Indian Army Agniveer Syllabus & Exam Pattern.
